Construction & Property Recruitment Ltd is currently looking for a General Foreman to work for a civil engineering contractor in Inverness. The position would be based on site in the Highlands, the client are a delivery partner for Scottish Water to develop or redevelop clean and dirty water treatment plants.

This role will require candidates to be confident in supervising, monitoring, and motivating both sub-contract and directly employed workforce. You must be committed to maintaining and recording safe working procedures and regulations. You must also have good communication skills and be able to lead a team of section foremen and possess a good knowledge of a wide range of construction techniques and plant.

Candidates must be able to show good experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, civil structures.

Minimum qualifications:

IOSH Managing Safely or CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme

CSCS card

Full Driving licence

Preferred Qualifications

Recognised trade training backed up by progressive career development

First Aid certificate
