This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a key member of this busy and high performing finance function. Operating at the Group level, you will produce quarterly and annual accounts for submission to head office. This will allow you to interact with senior personnel and therefore gain exposure across the business. You will prepare Statutory Accounts with supporting tax analysis and respond to queries from the external auditors. Continuous improvement will be a key objective of your role, resulting in efficiencies and an improved service offering to the business.

Who we’re looking for The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with up to date technical knowledge of IFRS, US and UK GAAP. Oil and gas sector experience will be highly regarded, as will exposure to SAP, however neither is essential. You will have the ability to work under pressure and thrive on achieving targets. This would make the ideal first step for an Accountant seeking to leave public practiceor someone looking to further develop their commercial expertise.
