As a key member of the management team for this internationally diverse oil and gas services company, you will support strategic decisions and influence direction. Your objective will be to business partner with the operations, meaning that this role is exceptionally commercial. Managing a team of high performing accounting staff, you will ensure that the operations are supported with useful and insightful management information, analysing performance. Your brief will be to focus on efficiency and to streamline processes. You will also coordinate business plans for the region, in consultation with key operational managers. This is a leadership position requiring a commercially focused and driven individual with a track record of success at a high level.

Who we’re looking for You will be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in the oil and gas services sector. You will be an effective leader of people who has the ability to present suggestions and recommendations then follow through to implementation.
