With oil prices being at an all time high, deal activity is at an unprecedented level.Roles are available at various levels, dependent upon your experience. Opportunities are diverse and will allow you to get involved in IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and private equity related projects.

Who we’re looking for To succeed in these demanding and rewarding roles, you will require to demonstrate the following skills and behaviours: • Strong technical accounting skills • Strong analytical skills – ability to analyse problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and interrogate information • Communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear, including strong report writing and presentation skills • Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities • Take personal responsibility and accountability for own work • Sustain a high level of drive, show enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure • Continuously learn from experiences.
