The successful candidate will hold the relevant industry qualifications and have previous experience in either a project management or contracts management capacity.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

· To be able to receive an outline brief and coordinate subcontractors and consultants to provide a detailed contractors proposal

· To have a sound commercial and contractual understanding of procurement methods, tender procedures and suppliers order arrangements

· To be able to set contract budgets and maintain accurate project costs as work proceeds.

· To be aware of Health and Safety issues relevant to a site environment.

· To assess and detail realistic project programmes.

· To negotiate and place purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors.

· To have the ability to manage on site activities during installation. Excellent internal and external communication will be a prerequisite.

· To carry out site meetings where appropriate and liaise with the client during the contract and also post contract.

· To produce interim progress reports of current contracts activities.

· To have the ability to identify potential improvements and implement these from lessons learnt.
