Our client is part of one of the UK’s major construction businesses. Due to a strong forward book in the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire they are looking to strengthen the Inverness team across the Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Disciplines. They currently have an urgent need for a Civil Engineering Estimator. Responsible to the Estimating Manager the main responsibilities will include, providing accurate cost estimates and supporting technical information to enable the submission of competitive tenders. The successful candidate will also be expected to prepare preliminary site cost estimates and also maintain regular contact with the Production Department and obtain feedback on costs, technical and commercial performance. In return the client offers a highly competitive package including a substantial basic salary, car or car allowance, bonus scheme and pension.
