A market leader in wave energy, AWS Ocean Energy is committed to developing world class technologies in the renewable energies sector. This key role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead the engineering and technology team, providing a co-ordinated engineering support function for the development of marine energy technologies and projects. You will be a Chartered Engineer with strong analytical and design competencies in a relevant discipline and ideally some experience in power systems and control engineering.

You should be able to demonstrate abilities in the co-ordination of technical resources across a range of projects and of leading and developing effective teams. Ideal candidates will also have some experience with innovation processes and IP management.
