C&P Recruitment are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join their Inverness office. You will have a very strong sales ethos and be able to quickly build strong working relationships with a large volume of clients and candidates. You must: – Enjoy sales – Be driven by success – Be motivated by money – Want to exceed targets – Enjoy meeting people at all levels
You should have: – Sales/telesales experience – The ability to be a team player – Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Working closely with your manager, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment life cycle from; cold calling, developing client relationships, site visits, new business development, advertising, interviewing, filling jobs and aftercare.
C&P has a network of offices in Scotland and although based in Inverness you must be prepared to work from Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow from time to time. A large part of your time will be spent visiting sites, therefore a driving license is essential.

Initially, C&P offers a basic salary, mobile phone and performance based commission from day one. After your initial trial period you will also be invited to join the company pension scheme.
