SMT Operator

We are looking for an experienced SMT Operator who has the skills and confidence to work independently in the operation of screen printer, pick & place, reflow oven and also hand assembly. Equipment currently used is Quad IV C fine pitch, DEK 248 and Surf reflow oven. Experience preferred in an Aerospace / Space manufacturing environment using ISO 9000, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 and ESD. Sound knowledge of SMT component types, package sizes, solder pastes and hand soldering techniques is essential. Operator should also be experience in hand assembly and soldering under magnification of SMT devices on to military and space qualified printed circuit boards.
