An outstanding PM opportunity with one of Aberdeens top companies. To manage the delivery of the designated facilities project(s) utilizing our business management systems, infra-structure, processes and resources in accordance with business plans, company policy, objectives and procedures whilst ensuring the protection of environment and safety. Key Responsibilities * Safe delivery of Project from start to finish o Project Execution Plan o Project Budget o Project Schedule o Risk Management * Assess the effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personnel and team performance * Maintain awareness of technical execution on project(s) to ensure compliance with project(s) requirements. * Keep Head of Production Services informed of relevant issues on a day to day basis. * Liaise and work with the other functions to deliver Project targets. * Lead by example, set standards and expectations and provide resource for successful project delivery. Skills Profile * Must have strong oil and gas experience – - Good technical understanding of topside developments. * Project management experience of £10mm + projects. * Good contract negotiation skills and contract management experience. * Good understanding of the commercial environment in UKNS. * Ability to create positive relations with peers and stakeholders both internally and externally. * Awareness of working at management team level. * Good technical and communication skills (written and oral).
