Our Client is currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Administrator. The responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator will include but not be limited to the following:
• Check invoice proposals for compliance with Company procedures • Input of sales invoices onto system• Update departmental job logs with invoicing details • Any other duties as required within the Finance department•
Personal Specification: • Strong IT skills with experience of computerised accounting software (preferably Pegasus Opera) and Microsoft Office with strong Excel spreadsheet skills • Excellent organisational skills • Must be able to work to tight deadlines with the minimum of supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
