Kintyre & Mid Argyll are seeking radiographers who would like to relocate to work in our community hospitals. This area offers a wide range of recreational opportunities such as hill walking, water sports, golf and horse riding or perhaps just enjoying the opportunity for a relaxing stroll on one of our many exceptional beaches.

A new Accident and Emergency Department in the very near future in Campbeltown, whilst Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care Centre is a new facility which has been open for just under two years.

Both departments are fully CR and will progress to PACS early this year. They operate a tele-radiology service which allows access to consultant advice where necessary. The work includes all aspects of general radiography and will include assisting in the organisation and running of the department including managerial duties and participation in QA. This post has a requirement for some on call working to cover A&E.

We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and well motivated radiographers with a minimum of three years NHS experience and a BSc or DCR in diagnostic radiography. We support CPD and role development and our ideal candidate would be someone who is committed to training and development and would welcome the opportunity to work independently whilst being part of a dynamic radiography team.
