My Client is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of precision-engineered off shore drilling and production equipment.

Due to continued growth they have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician based in Aberdeen with worldwide travel on and offshore.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Supervision of the installation of products on or offshore • Maintain close liaison with the company representative and presenting all the options available in order to allow the installation to be completed effectively • Provide an inventory of equipment and spare parts required to perform the tasks in hand and ensuring availability at the work site • Present a professional image to the customers throughout the time spent at the worksite • In the event of equipment problems occurring in the field, giving an account of the problem, solution and any recommendation to prevent such problems re-occurring

The successful candidate must have at least 3years offshore experience with drilling and production equipment have a high degree of technical ability. Your communication and organisational skills will be outstanding and you will enjoy working within a fast paced environment
