The Place Our client, a 4 star hotel situated within easy reach of Aberdeen city centre is looking for a Conference & Banqueting Manager. The hotel boasts over 140 recently refurbished luxury bedrooms, restaurants, bar and conference & banqueting facilities.

The Job You will manage the hotels extensive C&B facilities up of seven meeting rooms in various layouts and sizes. You will oversee the running of functions for up to 400 people so your management style on both the guest and the employee side will need to be 1st class.

The Person You will be an experienced C&B manager in a 4 star plus environment looking for a step to take them into deputy hotel management. You will be a team player and motivator. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, highly organised and adaptable. The ability to think professionally on your feet is an advantage.
