The Place Our client, a 4 star hotel situated within easy reach of the airport and Aberdeen city centre is looking for a Leisure Club Manager. The hotel boasts over 150 luxury bedrooms, restaurants, bar and conference & banqueting facilities.

The Job This excellent opportunity is for a quality driven, operationally focused individual to assume control of this leading hotel’s leisure club. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate previous leisure industry experience both operationally and commercially. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the ability to manage and lead a team, both operationally and in terms of business growth.

The Person The successful candidate will be a manager seeking a more prestigious position or an assistant manager seeking their first role in charge. You will provide strategic direction and motivation in all aspects of the site. You must have knowledge of the sales process, financial & budgetary awareness, a nationally recognised leisure qualification, experience of multi-recreational facilities and have a strong belief in the delivery of outstanding customer service.

The Rewards our client is offering a salary package of circa £18,000 plus company benefits along with excellent training and development opportunities.
