The Place Good Quality, Three star Highland Hotel with excellent F&B and leisure facilities. This hotel is part of a national group with exciting expansion plans for 2008. The Job We are looking for a Head Chef to join the senior management team. Reporting into a group Executive Chef you will be responsible for taking the restaurant to one AA Rosette level so your menu creation and training skills will need to first rate. You will run the hotels al a cart restaurant, lounge bar and the C&B facilities that can cater for up to 160.

The Person This role will suit someone with real drive and ambition to work with a leading brand. You will come from a rosette background and know what it takes to win these accolades. The Rewards A salary of between £27k to £30k plus benefits and bonus awaits the successful candidate.
