The Place Multinational hospitality, catering and facilities management company with a portfolio of prestigious contracts across Scotland is looking to recruit an experienced General Manager (Catering & Cleaning) to join their management team in the Inverness area.
The Job You will be tasked with managing and motivating a team of 25+ within the business which has a foodcourt, event / C&B area and housekeeping team. It will be the responsibility of the manager to ensure 5 star service standards are met, customers’ expectations are over achieved and revenue is maximised in all areas.
The Person Our client requires an experienced catering / hospitality / cleaning / facilities manager with background in high volume and quality led businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, good financial understanding and strong people management skills as well drive, enthusiasm and a passion for good food and good service.
