The Place Our client owns and operates a successful cluster of properties within the Hospitality, Licensed and Leisure sector based within the beautiful, romantic and secluded Outer Hebrides islands(Isle of Lewis).

The Job Reporting into a newly appointed General Manager this is a first class opportunity for an F&B focussed individual looking to establish themselves within a thriving community, where they will be able to grow, expand and develop their skills and experiences within a true “Mine Host” operator The Person Ideally applying candidates will be able to demonstrate at this stage a working knowledge of people management, a sound understanding of F&B coupled with a passion for delivering a high quality and memorable service.

The Rewards This position is clearly seen as a development role and the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to flourish in this operational remit, initially accommodation would be provided in order for the successful candidate to familiarise themselves with the local area. Help and assistance will be provided after that for the right candidate to gain accommodation as no senior management live in within the properties.
