The Place Due to the continual success of this nationwide fashion retailer they are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant / Deputy Manager for their established Fort William store. The Role As Deputy / Assistant Manager / Supervisor your role will be to effectively manage the business in order hit challenging commercial targets. You will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards both visual and operational and demonstrate a commercial awareness that keeps you ahead of the local, regional and online competition.

The Person You must have previous supervisory experience in a high volume retail business, have the ability to motivate and drive a team, have a keen eye for detail, real customer focus and have the motivation to continually develop your career.
