The Place Our client has a 71 bedroom hotel in a stunning location in the West of Scotland, with spectacular loch side views. The hotel has a very popular lounge bar, a quality dining restaurant, conference and wedding facilities and luxurious spa facilities.
The Job An excellent opportunity has arisen within the hotel for a Front of House Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the following departments: Reception, Reservations, Revenue and Finance. You will have responsibility for ensuring the effective yield management of the hotel, as well as looking after the Finance function and ensuring that Reception is operated and managed to the required standard, with excellent customer care being a prime focus of the role.
The Person The successful candidate will demonstrate a background in a similar, rural, quality hotel environment. You will have a breadth of experience either within Finance, Reservations or Revenue and will be adaptable to the changing needs of such a business. It is essential that you are a team player and have a proven track record in managing a team.
The Rewards Our client is offering a salary package of £18,000 to £23,000 plus Live In accommodation for the successful candidate.
