This role for a Deputy Manager is based in their high volume Nairn store The Job As Deputy Manager your role will be to manage a team to drive sales and maintain store standards within a fast paced environment. You will strive to achieve sales, availability and wastages targets while developing, coaching and motivating a team of Supervisors and Assistants to deliver a service that sets you apart from the competition.

The Person Successful candidates for this role will have had previous retail management experience at Department / Team Leader / Supervisor or Assistant Manager level and have experience working in high turnover fast paced retail environments within either high street or food retailing. To succeed in this role you will need to have the drive and desire to build a career in a forward thinking, modern business.
