We provide consulting services to a full spectrum of private and public sector organisations. Our client list includes many familiar names from around the world, and is made up of organisations including contractors, developers, financial institutions and local / regional governments. We have also worked extensively for national governments, international funding agencies, regulators and infrastructure operators.

Internally our operations are organised into five business groups: Transportation, Water and Utilities, Maritime, Property and Consulting. Each business group is supported by a management team which comprises a group board director, operations director, development director, resources director and finance director. The business groups are further split into market focused sectors – each with a Market Sector Director and Technical Director. This enables us to focus on our markets whilst still maintaining a holistic approach to our overall development and continuous improvement.

In Scotland we have almost 600 employees in our offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness.
