We started trading in 2004 and specialise in providing contract and permanent recruitment solutions throughout the UK to a wide range of companies. Enigma People’s Food Manufacturing Division has significant experience delivering into small, medium and corporate clients throughout the UK. Their experience includes international recruitment as varied as placing a Senior Technical Consultant from Yemen to Denmark for Northern Foods and managing the selection and transition of over 120 Slovakian workers to Caledonian Produce (Geest) in Scotland.

The food division’s main focus is contingency and project recruitment of salaried staff throughout the UK.

The IT Perm team focus mainly on partnering with innovative Software Design and Engineering companies, Electronic Engineering companies and IT Consultancy businesses. Our key focus is to develop a close partnership with our clients allowing us to develop a distinct and appropriate recruitment strategy to help them meet their objectives through each phase of their growth.
